    Assemble at Shinjuku west exit, Shinjuku Center Building east side.
    Be sure to check on the map and arrive well in advance.
    * It is not a pink bus of WILLER. Please talk to a staff wearing a pink vest.

  2. Take the expressway straight to Mt. Fuji (Restroom breaks at PA on the way)

    Take the expressway and head to Mt. Fuji.
    Since there is no toilet on board the bus, the bus will stop for toilet breaks at PA.
    Punctuality is kindly requested.

    Point
    There are no dust boxes in Mt.Fuji. Throw any garbage away before climbing. If garbage is produced on the way to the 5th station, keep them in a coin locker.
    * Climbers are expected to pay a small fee in order to utilize toilet facilities. Prepare enough 100 yen coins.

    Lunch is not designated. Have a proper quantity of meal according to your physical condition.Get used to the elevation by the stay for 1 hour.

    • * A vegetarian menu is offered at this restaurant. If necessary, request the tour conductor at the meeting place on the day of this tour.
    • * There is no vegetarian menu certified as Halal. If needed, prepare in advance or purchase at the 5th station.

    Also, the mountain guide gives a simple lecture about warmup exercises and the climb.

    There are only few toilets in the mountain huts and on the summit. Above all, most of them are available for a fee. Please make sure to go to the toilet before climbing.

    It’s time to climb Mt. Fuji!
    A team of two people, a mountain guide and English-speaking tour conductor, will support .
    Aim for the original 8th staion taking a relaxed pace and appropriate breaks.
    Those without confidence in their stamina stay and walk close to them.

    Take a rest for one night and get ready for the sunrise next day after having a popular supper of hamburg curry.

    * Vegetarian menu is available. If needed, request the tour conductor at the meeting place on the day of this tour.

    In the mountain hut:
    Climbers will have a small space only enough to put one sleeping bag per climber. (Some climbers may sleep with Futon mat.)
    Please feel free to tell a staff at the mountain hut, guide and conductor when you have any troubles or feel sick (eg: altitude sickness) while staying here.
    Climbers will receive your packed breakfast when having a meal at night in the mountain hut. You can have breakfast whenever you want. (eg: in the mountain hut, at the summit or 5th station)
    * Extra fee will be charged if you give up in the mountain hut except designated one. Please make sure to bring some money just in case.
Day 2

    Finally it's time to start the climb to the top.
    Willer Travel’s Mt. Fuji Climbing Tour’s designated Tomoe-kan at the original 8th station for the mountain hut to stay.
    It is located closer to the mountaintop therefore climbers are accustomed to the elevation during the day, which reduces the risk of altitude sickness and minimizes the perils of the dangerous climb at night.
    In addition ,climbers can leave their belongings at the hut and head to the top with lightly equippeddue to its ideal location at the split between the road going up and the road going down the mountain. Even children and the elderly are likely to reach the summit.
    Of course, people without faith in their stamina or small childre can see the sunrise from the hut without climbing to the top.

    Point
    Take an enough rest until assembly time and get ready to reach the summit. (equipment for cold protection, headlamp, and water are necessities.
    * 300 yen will be charged when using a toilet on the summit. Make sure to go to the toilet before starting to climb.

    Finally made it to the top!
    The scenery of the sunrise from Mt. Fuji, Japan’s highest peak will be an unforgettable page in your life’s memories.
    At the mountaintop, a 90-min tour "Ohachi meguri", walking around the crater is held. [500 yen, to be paid at the site] * Ask the accompanying guide on the day of the climb.
    A lap of the crater at the top of Mt. Fuji and a 360-degree panoramic view from the highest point in Japan can be enjoyed. Give it a shot if confident in a stamina!

    Point
    Souvenirs such as a key holder (Date you reach the summit will be carved.), flag and postcard can be purchased at the summit.

    Breakfast time with Tomoe-kan’s specially-made bento boxes: grilled salmon and seasoned cooked rice.

    After breakfast, pack up belongings and start to descent to the fifth station.
    Walking down is easier than up. However, using stocks is recommended since it eases the strain on the knees.

    Point
    Descend with more than 500ml water.
    Do not take a rest too long; otherwise you may get heat stroke, dehydration, exhaustion.
  5. 11:00 am Break time at Unjokaku of the 5th station

    Back to the fifth station.
    After a break, head to a hot spring facility with a restaurant to have lunch.

    • Rental items: return them at Unjokaku.
    • Personal belongings : Belongings you do not need can be kept in the trunk until you get to Shinjuku.

    Having lunch (fee not included) and taking a hot spring (optional fee: 800 yen) also can be enjoyed. Refresh an exhausted body by the climb.

    • * Those with tatoo cannot take a spa.
    • * Those who do not take a spa will be given a coupon for lunch.

    Here is the recommended bus stop for passengers to go to Kansai area after Mt. Fuji Climbing Tour.
    It is possible to go to the area such as Osaka and Kyoto by JR line.
    If you would like to go to Gotemba premium outlets, shuttle bus is also available!
