Changing or Cancelling your Booking

Please read the following about changes and cancellations.

Online Booking

Bus bookings made online can be changed or cancelled directly from MY PAGE or Booking Confirmation for non-members if the deadline has not yet passed. After the deadline has passed and for bookings made by phone, please contact the Customer Center. Further details are provided below.

Types of Changes that Can Be Made Online to Bus Bookings:

Changes of reservation are available
The following changes can be made from My Page to plans notated as Changes of reservation are available:
  • Departure date: one day before or after the original booking date
  • Bus departure time
  • Seat type
  • Package type
  • Boarding and arrival locations
  • Number of passengers
Changes of reservation are restricted
If you chose a plan that says Changes of reservation are restricted:
  • Boarding and arrival locations
  • Number of passengers
Note: You cannot make changes for plans with options.

From the deadline to the moment of departure

For bus-only plans, you can only cancel your booking from MY PAGE. After the deadline, you can not change your booking, and you will have to contact the customer center. Please note that the Customer Center is available only during business hours (see below), and the line may be busy during peak periods.

Changes by Phone

Bookings made by phone and certain bookings made online can be changed or cancelled only through the Customer Center. Please note that the Customer Center is available only during business hours (see below), and the line may be busy during peak periods.
