My friend and I reserved separately, can we get on the same bus?
●Bus operated by WILLER EXPRESS(Except for Economy seat)
After booking, please send an email with the title "Group bookings".
Please provide us with all reservation numbers, representative names, and departure dates.
We will try to relocate the seats. However, please note that seat allocation is not guaranteed.
Customer Center
●Bus operated by STAR EXPRESS(Economy seat)
Seats cannot be assigned in advance. Please inform the staff at the reception on the day of boarding.
●Bus not operated by WILLER EXPRESS
JBL Customer Center cannot arrange the seat allocation. Please inquire with the operating companies directly.
