I want to confirm whether the reservation (the change) was completed.
If you made a reservation, the change, or the cancellation online, you will receive a confirmation email when it has been completed.
If you are a JBL member, you can check the details of the reservation on your My Page.
Nonmembers can check the details of the reservation at "Nonmember reservation confirmation" on our website.
