How can I cancel the booking?

You can cancel your booking online until the departure time. Otherwise, you can contact our customer center until the departure time on the phone or by email. If you advise us of your cancellation before the departure time, we will accept your request of cancellation. If you did not, we will not refund your travel fees. Learn more
