How can I cancel my booking after the call center business hours?
You can cancel your booking from My Page or the Non member reservation confirmation page until the departure time.

How to cancel a booking
If you cannot cancel your reservation online, you can also send "Cancellation Request Form" from the customer center page below.
The cancellation fee is calculated based on when the customer center receives your cancellation request.
If you send us the request form after the departure time, you will be considered a "no-show," and 100% of the cancellation fee will be charged.
