How can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking by yourself from your My Page. On My Page, please choose the reservation you want to cancel, and then click on the "Cancel Reservation" button.
Please proceed until see the message "Completion". When you complete the cancellation, a confirmation email is sent to you. If you cancel your booking by the previous day of travel, the status of that portion of your JBL Pass will return to "UNUSED" again.
*Please note that the portion will NOT return to "UNUSED" when you cancel on the travel date.
*Please note that for JBL Pass, there are no refunds if once used. No partial refunds can be made.
