How can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking by yourself from your "MY PAGE". At "MY PAGE", please click on the reservation you wish to cancel, and then click on "Cancel Reservation" button.
Please proceed until see the message "Completion". When you completed the cancellation, confirmation email is sent to you. If you cancelled your booking until the previous day of travel, the status of that portion of your JBL Pass will return to "UNUSED" again.
*Please note that the portion will NOT return to "UNUSED" when you cancelled on the travel date.
*Please note that for JBL Pass, there are no refunds if once used. No partial refunds can be made.
