Boarding Place/Arrival Place Information (Boarding Place/Arrival Place Information)

I would like to change the boarding place / the arrival place.


1. For buses operated by Willer Express/Star Express:
You can change boarding/arrival locations online on My Page up until reservation deadline.
We also accept change request through telephone. We do not accept change request through email.

*Note: if you miss a stop, you can board the same bus at the next stop. However, we will not refund fare difference (if any).

2. For buses operated by other bus companies:
Change is not available. Please cancel your reservation and rebook. Cancellation fee might apply.

3. For Bus Pass reservation:
a. Before the departure date: please cancel your reservation and rebook.
b. On the departure date: please call to our Customer Center during business hours. We do not accept change request through email.
