Exit the South Ticket Gate at JR Shinjuku Station and go straight.
Pass through the pedestrian crossing forward to the building of Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal at the opposite.
After passing the pedestrian crossing, take the escalator up to the 3rd floor.
Take the escalator and you will arrive at the taxi stand on the 3rd floor of Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal.
Follow the blue arrow that says (Highway Bus (4F)) on the floor.
Follow the blue arrow up the escalator to the 4th floor.
Take the escalator to the 4th floor and you will see the Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal on your right.
