Japan Bus Pass ticket is good for 2 routes per day with WILLER BUS.
・The Japan Bus Pass is only valid 2 months from purchase.
・Applicable for most Willer Bus types.
- 【Terms and Conditions】
- Two Routes per day maximum can be reserved.
- ・Reservations cannot be for the same route on the same day (roundtrip).
- ・Please make same-day reservations one hour or more before the departure time.
- ・The traveler is responsible for confirming their travel itinerary. Please allow for ample time between bus transfers / connections.
- ・Overnight Bus: Reservations made for buses that depart after midnight will count for the previous day.
- The Japan Bus Pass set can only be used one per person. If there are additional members in your party each person needs to purchase a pass separately. The pass can only be used by the person who it was reserved for only.
- Photo identification is required to board using the Japan Bus Pass. This may be in the form of a passport, international drivers license or other government issued ID. We regret that adults without proper ID will not be able to board the bus.
- A reservation number is required for boarding. Please see the reservation staff before boarding to retrieve one.
- 【Willer Cancellation Policy】
- ・We accept reservation cancellations up to the day before. Unfortunately same-day cancellations cannot be refunded.
- 【Japan Bus Pass Refunds】
- Unused portions of the Japan Bus Pass are *NOT* eligible for a partial refund.
- Both unused expired Willer Passes and used Willer Passes cannot be refunded.
※Reservations using the Willer pass can be refunded while still in the reservation stages. The pass must have been unused (first ticket / first reservation) in order to be eligible.
