In this email indicates the information about your payment and guidance on your travel date, time, place and maps (both departure and arrival place) to help you travel more smoothly. You are required to check your confirmation email to make sure that there are no mistakes regarding to your booking and boarding. If there are any false informations, please call our customer center (050-5805-0383). Please print out the the email, or bring the confirmation mail that is stored on your cellular phone or just copy down your reservation number and bring the receipt with you when checking-in. |

| 2. I haven't received a confirmation email yet. | After booking through the Internet, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. If you have not received your confirmation email after booking, please call our customer center(050-5805-0383). (In some instances, your reservation has not been completed). *If you are going to send your confirmation email to your cellular phone, please make sure that there are no filter settings that may reject our email systematically. |
| 3. If I can't print out the confirmation email, what should I bring with me when checking-in? | Tell your reservation number (it's written on your confirmation email), name and contact number (if asked) when checking-in. After check-in, we will guide you to the bus. |
| 4. How can I confirm my reservation? | At the TOP page, you can check your reservation by inputing your reservation number and your email address. Also you can check your reservation through the confirmation email that we have sent to your email address. You cannot check your reservation through our homepage if you book through phone. |
| 5. How can I check the boarding maps? | You can check the boarding maps on the confimation email that we sent you. |
| 1. Do I have to bring anything on the day of my departure? | Please check your confirmation email before your departure. (Please bring your confirmation email with you at boarding. You can either print it out or write down the reservation number for your own.) Also check the boarding maps that is indicated in your email address. We advice you to print it out. |

What should I do if I'm at the boarding place? | There are 2 types of check-in process. -CHECK-IN DONE BY THE CHECK-IN STAFF AT THE BOARDING PLACE- We will start the check-in on time according to the schedule of the bus. The crew will ask for an confirmation email. After checking-in, staff will guide you to your reserved bus. -CHECK IN DONE BY THE BUS DRIVER- The bus driver will be the one to check your confirmation email. After checking-in, bus staff will guide you to the bus. If you're boarding from the huge parking lot or a place where there are lot of other buses stopping, our crew will guide you to the place where the buses are. | 3. Is there an boarding tickets? | We do not have any boarding tickets. On the proccess of checking-in, we will confirm your reservation by checking the confirmation email. |
| 4. On what time does the check-in start? | The check-in time are indicated on the website. Please check the schedule for more information. |
| 5. I can't find the boarding place, what should I do? | Please call our emergency number. Emergency contact number is located at the upper left of the page or its indicated at the confirmation email. Please call our Emergency number. In some cases, you may have the hard time reaching our call center. To avoid trouble, please check your boarding place before your travel. |
| 6. What should I do if I can't make it on the check-in/departure time? | The bus will depart on schedule. We will wait for you until the departure time but after the bus has departed, we can not wait for you or request to ride on other bus. For more information, please check the FAQ forum. |
| 7.What should I do if could'nt make it on the departure time? | Please call our emergency number before the departure time. We will cancel your reservation. If we have not received any calls from you before the departure time we will not refund your money back. |
| 8. Is there an any signs or symbols at the boarding place? How can I check-in? | For any marks and symbols regarding our boarding place. Please check the boarding maps. |
| 9. I want to check the bus travel schedule. | For the circumstances regarding the natural calamities, we may change the time or the departure date of our bus schedule. We will inform you if we have any changes regarding your travel. |
| 1. I forgot my belogings inside the bus. What should I do? | Please call our customer center (050-5805-0383), then tell us your date of departure and your reservation number. We will guide you the bus companies name and contact number. *If you wish to deliver your belogings to the address you request, we will not be responsible for the package deliver fee. |
