Bus Service Information

1.Is there any space to put my luggage?	Please note that there are times that our buses have space for big luggages and there are times there is not enough space for big luggages. We recommend you to send your big luggages(Please note we are not responsible for the sending fee). About Luggages and Pets

3.Are there blankets on the bus?	We only provide blankets for the bus this kind of services. For more information please check the seat line up.
4.Is the bus non-smoking?	All the buses are NON-SMOKING. Passenger who smoke will have to smoke at service areas during break time.
5.Can I bring my pet with me?	No you may not. About Luggages and Pets
6.Can I eat or drink inside the bus?	Yes you may, but we will not allow any alcohol and other foods that may disturb other passengers.

1.Can I know where my seats is located before my departure?	Seats are automatically asigned by the system on the departure date. Before boarding the bus, our staff will guide you to your seat.
2. Is the seats reclinable?	Seat can recline but its functions are different according to its seat type. For more information check the Seat Line Up forum on the website.
3.I'm a lady traveling alone. Is there any possibilities that a gentlemen may occupie the seat next to me?	If you're a lady and traveling alone, the person sitting next to you will be a lady also. *This may not be applicable for some seat type.
4. Can my children seat on my lap?	No you may not, for we require our passenger to wear a seat belt for your safety. But we will make an exemptions for the infant. About Children and Infants
5.Can I request the location of my seat?	No you may not.

1.Is there a break for going to toilet?	All buses will stop at a service areas for a break every 2-3 hours.
2. Is the lights off when bus are running?	For the night bus, the lights are turned off. (Our staff will announce before turning off the lights). For the afternoon bus, depending on its time, the bus staff may turn the lights off.
