The payment can be processed through a Lawson or Family Mart convenience store.
The payment date will depend on your reservation date. If the payment is not processed during the designated period shown below, the reservation automatically will be canceled.
• Payment through a convenience store is only available in Japan.
• Refunds are available only through a Japanese bank account.
• We only accept changes/cancellations of reservations via phone. 050-5805-0383.

Bus Pass purchases must be made by credit card.
Payment cannot be made at convenience stores. (They can only be purchased from outside Japan.)

Credit cards that can be used are Visa, MasterCard, JCB and American Express.
Acquired Willer Points can be used for online booking payment on the site.
1 Willer Point is equivalent to 1 yen, and the minimum amount that can be used is 100 points.
You can use up to 30,000 Willer Points per transaction.
Note: If you wish to pay the whole amount by Willer Points, please enter the amount on the payment information entry screen and select "Convenience Store/Yucho Bank/Internet Bank Payment."
