The refunding process will differ depending on the date when you booked your reservation or the date when you changed or cancelled your reservation.
We will refund your money in one of the following two ways:
The refund will be processed by the customer’s credit card company. Depending on the credit card data settlement period, the refunding procedure may take from 1 to 2 months. For Visa or MasterCard debit cards, the payment will be settled (by bank transfer) immediately after the booking has been made. For more information regarding the refunding process for debit card users, please inquire with the card issuer.
For customers who selected “Convenience Store Payment,” please contact our Customer Center for a refund.
We do not transfer money overseas (outside Japan), and there will be a 420 yen transfer fee charged for each reservation.

If you change or cancel your booking online by yourself, you can choose to receive a refund in Willer Points. This is for Willer Members only.
To receive the refund in Willer Points, please log in to your "My Page" and go through the cancellation/change procedure. Then, select “refund by Willer points” from the refund methods list.
Notes:
Willer Points are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
You can use up to 30,000 Willer Points per transaction. (The minimum amount is 100 points.)
