Kofuku Station was a railway station on the defunct JNR Hiroo Line in Kofuku, Obihiro. Even though the station closed due to the wiring of the Hiroo Line, it remains a popular attraction where people can buy train and admission tickets because of its name, which means “happiness” in Japanese.
At Farm Tomita, famous for its lavender fields in the summer, you can enjoy seasonal flowers. There you can take in seasonal landscapes including colorful flowers such as scarlet sage and marigolds in bloom in the fall and the snow-capped Tokachi mountain range floating above the flowers in late fall.

It is said that it got its magical blue color from Hokkaido’s nature over a long period of time. Together with Shirogane Blue Pond, you should also visit its source, Shirahige Waterfall on Biei River.
Tokachigawa Onsen (also known as "Bijin no Yu" or "Hot Spring of the Beautiful Woman") is one of the most famous hot springs in Hokkaido, Japan. It is a rare type of alkaline hot spring called a "moor" hot spring, which is characterized by high levels of humic acid, an organic substance derived from peat and other dead plant matter.
Asahiyama Zoo is a popular zoo located in the northernmost part of Japan. It is known for its naturalistic animal exhibits, which allow visitors to see animals in their natural habitat. The zoo is home to a variety of animals, including seals brimming with playful energy, penguins that slice through the water like the open sky, and imposing polar bears that visitors can view up close.
