What is Go To Travel Campaign?
Go To Travel Campaign is the measure to support travel and tourism. Japanese government subsidizes up to 50% of travel with accommodation and day trips in order to stimulate travel demand that has fallen due to the new coronavirus infection. You can book a package tour at a 35 % off price and get shopping voucher equivalent to 15 % of the travel fee. To join the campaign, please be sure to read the conditions.
Conditions of Go To Travel Campaign
Participants of Go To Travel Campaing must read and follow "The conditions of Go To Travel Campaign".
When traveling, please check your body temperature such as temperature measurement every morning. If you have a fever or have a cold, follow the instructions of the health center. If you use a smartphone, please install the app named "COCOA" in advance.
Please carry out "New travel etiquette (Japanese)" while traveling. Please avoid places and facilities where three crowds occur not only in accommodation facilities but also in all situations of your travel destination, and refrain from making loud noises.
Participation conditions for this project are temperature measurement at check-in at accommodation facilities, identity verification of travelers, thorough measures against three-cs at restaurants, and avoidance of three-cs at restaurants and any facilities. Identity verification will be carried out for all participants, including accompanying persons. Please bring documents such as a driver's license and residence card (* PDF (Japanese)). If you forget it, please follow the instructions of the accommodation facility, such as sending it at a later date. If a fraudulent declaration of your place of residence is discovered, you may be accused of fraud.
If you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher during temperature measurement, you will have to wait in the guest room specified by each facility and ask for instructions from the health center. Be sure to follow the instructions of employees of these accommodations.
Group trips of young people, or the elderly who are prone to severe illness, and trips with large banquets are generally considered to be at high risk. In that case, please take appropriate infection prevention measures and travel appropriately.

What is a shopping voucher of Go To Travel Campaign?
A discount coupon named Chiiki Kyotsu Coupon (地域共通クーポン in Japanese) is a shopping voucher that can be used at travel destinations and is issued in units of 1,000 yen.
(Equivalent to 15% of the travel price. Fractions less than 1,000 yen are rounded off. (If the fraction is 500 yen or more, a 1,000 yen coupon will be given). It can be used only during the travel period in the destination prefecture + adjacent prefectures.

Go to Coupon Download site.
- Enter booking information and login to the website
- Travel Agency ID
- Booking number (V*******)
- Prefecture of the hotel you are going to stay
* All the information is listed in the booking confirmation email.
- Check the box.
- Click the button in the bottom.
- Your coupon will be displayed. Choose the coupon (1,000 yen / 2,000yen / 5,000yen) and issue the ticket.
- Display the ticket and push "QRコードをスキャンして利用する" (Meaning use the coupon with QR-code).
