WILLER EXPRESS decided to cancel all of our bus services from April 4 to April 30, 2020.
(Excluding Narita Shuttle and some bus routes between Shizuoka and Haneda).
The cancellation fee for WILLER EXPRESS/ STAR EXPRESS buses departing until April 3 is waived when canceling your reservation due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection.
Please be sure to confirm the cancellation fee when canceling your reservation on your My Page.
In addition, we decided to cancel and reduce some highway bus services on some routes departing from May.

Preventive measures to proved customers with a safe ride

In response to multiple reports of new coronavirus pneumonia, WILLER EXPRESS has taken the following measures to prevent the spread of infectious diseases and to provide customers with a safe ride.
(1)Drivers and staff wear face masks
We wear face masks so that customers can take our buses without worry.
(2)Check the temperature of all drivers
We check body temperature of all our drivers when making a roll call for the management of physical health conditions.
(3)Installation of hand sanitizer for passengers
Hand sanitizer spray is installed at each bus entrance of WILLER EXPRESS.
(4)Hand washing and gargling
Drivers often wash their hands and gargle. (Hand sanitizers installed at each sales office and rest area)
In addition, when taking a rest at a rest area, they definitely wash their hands, gargle and sanitize their hands without fail.
(5)Cleaning and disinfection
We clean and disinfect our buses after every service.
We use the air conditioner to get air circulation.
(7)Promoting cough etiquette
We ask all the passengers without a face mask to wear a face mask in the bus.
(8)Suspension of providing blankets
We stop to lend blankets to prevent the novel coronavirus infection.
Please be careful when riding, such as wearing clothes that are easy to regulate body temperature.
