Booking cancelations can be requested by e-mail. Please note the following before e-mailing the Cancellation Request Form.
JAPAN BUS PASSES cannot be canceled by e-mail. Please cancel from MY PAGE.
E-mail cancelations are considered complete when the Cancellation Request Form is received. Cancelation policies will be applied according to the date the e-mail is received.
