HOW TO BOOK BUS TICKETS ON WILLER EXPRESS WEBSITE
Step 1: Go to the website: https://willerexpress.com/en/
Step 2: Choose One way or Round trip, input Origin and Destination, Date, Number of Passengers by gender, the click “Search”
Step 3: Choose the bus with the desired route, seat type and ticket price, then click “Select”
Step 4: Choose the Boarding and Arrival Place, then scroll down to the end of the page, click “Next”
Step 5: Click “Select” to choose seat type
Step 6: If you choose to book for a round trip, repeat step 3,4,5 to choose the bus, boarding and arrival locations and seat type for the returning trip. If you book for a one-way trip, step 6 will be skipped.
Step 7: Confirm all the information, then click “Add to shopping cart”
Step 8: Click “Reserve” to book for bus tickets
Step 9: Log in your membership account, register as a member if you have not had an account on our website or make a reservation as a guest.
Step 10: All the information after logging in or registration will be displayed as follows
Step 11: Clarify the primary contact person who will get notice related to the booking from bus company.
Option 1: Click “Primary contact is the subscriber” if the primary contact person and the subscriber are the same person.
Option 2: Click “Primary contact and the subscriber are different” if the primary contact person and the subscriber are two different people.
Step 12: Fill in details of primary contact person
- - Gender: Male or Female
- - Name: Family name and First name
- - Contact number (consisting of 10-11 digit numbers)
- - E-mail address
Step 13: Select the mail address for reservation confirmation or click 'Add an email address' and input your email address if no addresses are shown.
(Note: Confirmation emails and other notice related to the booking will be sent to this email address) Click 'Add an e-mail address' if you want the confirmation email to be sent to more than one email address.
Step 14: Choose payment method: Credit card or convenience store
Option 1: Payment by Credit Card: Choose the type of credit card, input card number and expiry date.
Option 2: Payment at convenience store
- - Choose “Convenience store” option
- - Pay attention to “Payment due date”
- - Put a tick at the box “I understand the due date”
Then click “Next”
Step 15: Confirm all the registered information, the click “Agree to the conditions above”, the click “Complete the reservation”
Step 16: Note down your Reservation number
Note: After the reservation is finished, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address registered in step 13.
