Reservation/Payment (General Reservation)

I encounter "Payment has failed" error message. Why? Will my credit card be charged?

The payment may fail for a number of reasons:
1. Wrong input of credit card number or expiry date
2. Insufficient balance/Over credit limit
3. No authorization for international transaction

Since we cannot investigate the exact cause of failure, please contact your card company (VISA/Mastercard/JCB/American Express) immediately for support.

Moreover, when the error message "Payment has failed" appears, please check your My Page ("Recent reservation list" or "Past reservation list") to see whether your reservation might have been completed.
Please double check this information before completing the reservation a second time.
