How do I get receipt for my trip?

1. Payment by credit card:
The receipt can be printed from My Page, 3 days after completing your travel.
If you make reservation by phone, please contact our Customer Center at en-info@willer.co.jp.

2. Payment by cash at convenient store:
The receipt is issued by the convenient store at the time of payment.

3. Bus Pass:
There is no receipt for individual trips, but we can issue receipt for the Bus Pass. Please contact our Customer Center at en-info@willer.co.jp.

4. Payment at the spot:
Please get receipt from the bus driver before getting off.
