Change/Cancellation/Refund (General Reservation)

I have cancelled my reservation, but I did not receive any confirmation email. My Page shows "Cancellation in progress". Is my reservation cancelled?

There are several steps to complete the cancellation. If you saw the message "not complete" and/or "cancellation in progress", it means that you need to follow more steps till completion. The message "Cancellation Complete" will be shown when you finish the procedure. And e-mail which confirm the cancellation will be sent to you. You can check the status of your reservation online.
