Do I need to have any special training before departure? Is it safe for my children to climb?
No special training is necessary. If you are not confident in your physical strength, light walking and jogging may be effective. Your children can also climb if they are fit enough.
However, please see a doctor if you have any worries about your physical strength, especially the legs and low back muscle or any chronic disease in your heart, respiratory organs, and/or cardiovascular system. Please also beware of possible complications of altitude sickness. Climbing can be tough. We are sorry that we cannot provide a professional opinion.
