Cancellation Request Form
Booking cancellations can be made on your My Page for WILLER members or on the reservation confirmation page for non-members. Please log in to these pages and make cancellations.
If you cannot cancel your booking from these pages, you can also cancel through the cancellation request form. The cancellation process is completed when you receive the confirmation email from the customer center.
- The cancellation fee is calculated based on when the customer center receives your cancellation request.
- Japan Bus Pass cannot be canceled by email or throuogh this form. Please cancel from My Page.
