How to Make a Reservation
There are two ways to make a reservation: online or by phone.
Make a reservation online
Register as a member and make a reservation
Make your next reservation simple by registering as a member!
If you are already a member, please log in via WILLER Members when
making a reservation.
If you are not yet a member, please register as a new member via
New Member Registration and then proceed with the reservation.
Make a reservation without registering as a member
You can make a reservation without registering as a member.
Select Non-member Reservation when making the reservation and continue.
Non-members will not be able to receive points or other benefits of membership.
Make a reservation using Bus Pass
To use Bus Pass (a one-day discount ticket for unlimited highway bus travel throughout Japan), use the Bus Pass search function, log in, and proceed with the reservation.
Membership registration is required to use Bus Pass.
* Purchase can only be made from outside Japan.
Make a reservation by phone
This service allows bus reservations by phone.
It's useful while traveling, or whenever making reservations online is difficult.

* Membership benefits are not available, even to members, when making a reservation by phone.
* As phone lines may be crowded at times, we recommend making reservations online.
* We cannot accept Bus Pass reservations by phone.
* Please take care to avoid misdialing.
