Our online system allows you to check seat availability and make reservation 24 hours a day.
Once you input your traveling route, departure date, and number of passengers, only the buses with the available seats will be shown on the screen. To book, simply input all the required information step by step and complete the reservation.
After reserving your ticket, proceed to payment.
We accept payment by the following credit cards:
Visa, Master Card, JCB and American Express.
Verify the Reservation/Print Your Reservation Confirmation Receipt
Please verify your reservation details before departure.
Please print your reservation confirmation receipt from email or take note of the reservation number you can find on it.
On the departure day please show our staffs at the bus stop your printed reservation confirmation receipt or the reservation number.
Please check the departure and arrival place before your departure
After arriving at the boarding place, please check-in 5min before departure.
During checking-in the crew will guide you to your designated bus.
There will be a yellow flag at the boarding place. In addition, our staffs will be wearing a red apron.
We will start the checking-in earlier during the busy seasons such as holidays.
The bus driver will take your luggage, ask your name and guide you to your seat.
After checking-in with our staffs, please board the bus quickly.
In order for the bus to depart on time, we need your full cooperation.
Only 1 luggage is allowed to carry on to the bus. (There is a limitation/regulation refering to the size & kinds of luggage)
Please note that there is a limitation/regulation of size/objects depending on the bus types.
Please enjoy your travel while you are inside the bus. We will make a short break at the service area every 2 to 3 hours.
Passengers on a highway bus are required to wear the seat belt by law.
The bus driver will make an announcement before arrival.
Please do not forget to take all of your belongings when you are getting off.
