About Payment Processing

Please note that after booking, the contract settlement period will differ depending on the payment method.

  1. Credit card payment
    The contract is completed when the reservation completion screen is displayed.
  2. Convenience store payment
    The contract is completed when the travel fee is paid at a convenience store.
  3. Phone bookings
    The only payment method for reservations made by phone is payment at a convenience store. The Condition for completion of a contract is the same as the convenience store payment.
  • If you interrupt the procedure on the online reservation screen, or do not pay within the payment deadline as instructed, we may cancel your reservation.
