I want to confirm whether reservation change/cancellation has been completed.
If you change or cancel your reservation by yourself, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You can also confirm through "My Page" if you are a member.
If our system indicates that "Change is pending" or "Cancellation is pending", your change and/or cancellation process has not been completed yet. Please make sure to complete all steps until you actually receive the confirmation e-mail.
