How can I change the date or time of my travel?

1. For buses operated by Willer Express/Star Express:
Depending on your ticket plan, change of departure date and time might be available.
Please confirm this information before completing reservation or from My Page.
Change (if any) can only be completed online on My Page.

When change is available, change is limited to 01 day before or 01 day after the original departure date, provided that seats are still available and change is completed before reservation deadline.
You cannot change to a later bus after missing the previous bus.

When change is not available, please cancel your reservation and rebook. Cancellation fee might apply.

2. For buses operated by other bus companies:
Change is not available. Please cancel your reservation and rebook. Cancellation fee might apply.

3. For Bus Pass reservation:
a. Before the departure date: please cancel and rebook.
b. On the departure date: change is not available. If you cannot ride the reserved bus, please buy new ticket without using Bus Pass.
